Leif HallbergLeif Hallberg, an expert in Equine Facilitated Mental Health and Educational Services, studies the psychological implications of the horse-human relationship. A former horse trainer turned mental health professional; she is the founder and director of The Esperanza Center, a non-profit organization that provides equine facilitated services, and an adjunct professor for Carroll College's Human-Animal Bond Program.
